Principal’s Advisory Committee

Christ The King Lutheran School does not operate under a traditional “School Board” model.  The Christ The King model gives decision-making authority to the Principal.  Final authority flows through the Senior Pastor’s office and to the CTK Vestry church governing body.  Christ The King has established a “Principal’s Advisory Committee” to assist the Principal in the decision making process.  A majority of decisions will not involve the Advisory Committee.  However, it has been established that “No new policy shall be instituted nor any child dismissed from enrollment without consultation with the Principal’s Advisory Committee”.  Appeals related to this issue should follow the “Forum Policy” as included in the school handbook
